I too got here using entrecard, so it definitely works. I do think that Entrecard doesn't help as much as the stats say. Most of that traffic isn't really quality traffic and doesn't do you much good. It is better than no traffic though, so it is definitely worth it. It just can't be your primary means of traffic IMHO.
